Our rate for individual therapy ranges from $200-$350 for 45-minute sessions. Our group therapy rate is $175 for 90-minute sessions. We are considered an out-of-network provider. We currently accept payment via credit card, debit card, and FSA. If you receive out-of-network benefits from your insurance provider, we will provide superbills for reimbursement. We encourage you to call your insurance provider regarding out-of-network benefits, reimbursement rates, and deductibles. Some insurance companies might reimburse 50% to 80% of the rate.

We offer a sliding scale that is honor system based. We ask that you are honest with yourself and what you can afford when interacting with the sliding scale. We also encourage considering our group therapy options.

We schedule individual sessions weekly to ensure that clients receive ethical and consistent care. Bi-weekly sessions are not effective in the early stages of therapy, and we reserve these sessions for individuals in the maintenance stage. Group therapy sessions operate in 12-week cycles.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
