Meet Ebonie-Marché

I'm Ebonie-Marché, a licensed trauma therapist, and I specialize in helping BIPOC adults, especially those of Caribbean heritage and first-generation Americans, heal from family trauma and generational pain.

I understand the unique complexity of healing when your trauma is intertwined with culture, family loyalty, and the weight of generational sacrifice. I know what it's like to navigate the pressure of being "the strong one" while quietly struggling, to feel caught between honoring your roots and protecting your peace, to wonder if healing means betraying the people who raised you.

My approach is grounded in both clinical expertise and cultural responsiveness. I've trained extensively in trauma modalities including EMDR and Cognitive Processing, but I also know that effective therapy requires understanding the cultural context that shapes your experience.

Whether you're dealing with complex PTSD, family-based sexual abuse, people-pleasing patterns, or simply the exhaustion of carrying pain that no one in your family talks about, you don't have to do this alone.

My Specializations:

  • Complex PTSD & childhood trauma

  • Family-based sexual abuse

  • Generational & cultural trauma

  • EMDR & somatic therapy

  • First-generation & immigrant family dynamics

  • Caribbean family systems
