Cancellation Policy

Please schedule a consultation before reserving space in this group. Consultations can be scheduled by contacting ejones@eboniemarche.com. We provide Superbills for reimbursement. Please reach out to your health insurance provider regarding limits, benefits and the reimbursement proces. We also accept Loveland Foundation Vouchers to offset the cost of therapy. This group is open to New York State residents only. All payments are non-refundable. Notifications regarding cancellations should be received 48 hours before the start of sessions. Cancellations outside of the 48 hour window are subject to the full session fee. No-shows are subject to the full session fee.
